At Celtic Cookies, we want every order to delight you! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy below and contact us with any concerns.
Returns
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on baked goods once they have left our bakery, except in the case of damage or error.
Refunds & Replacements
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Upon review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund as appropriate.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Orders where the delivery information provided was incorrect
- Products not in their original condition (unless damaged or defective)
Order Cancellations
Orders for custom or made-to-order products can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order is in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
