Refund and Returns Policy

Our Commitment

At Celtic Cookies, we want every order to delight you! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy below and contact us with any concerns.

Returns

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on baked goods once they have left our bakery, except in the case of damage or error.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Upon review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund as appropriate.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Orders where the delivery information provided was incorrect
  • Products not in their original condition (unless damaged or defective)

Order Cancellations

Orders for custom or made-to-order products can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order is in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

I am overjoyed with the response to Celtic Cookies and want to express heartfelt gratitude for all the support in this first year in business. Christmas is fast approaching and orders are rolling in. Maintaining quality is a priority. To ensure a balance between production and quality the deadline for custom ordering for Christmas will be noon Dec 1st.

Feel free to browse from the classic gingerbread selection in Celtic knots, holiday theme boxes, and traditional gingerbread men. I will also offer a standard assorted dozen until Dec 19th with 4 festive shortbreads and 8 gingerbread cookies in a mix of Celtic and festive designs. Contact me for details.
