Classic Gingerbread: Organic wheat flour, fancy molasses, sugar, shortening, eggs, organic spices (ground ginger, cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg), baking soda, salt.

Dark Gingerbread: Organic wheat flour, blackstrap organic molasses, organic cane sugar, shortening, eggs, organic spices (ground ginger, cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg), baking soda, salt.

Blonde Gingerbread: Organic wheat flour, white corn syrup, sugar, shortening, eggs, organic spices (ground ginger, cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg), baking soda, salt. Colour may be added for some designs.

Shortbread: Organic wheat flour, butter, icing sugar, cornstarch. Colour may be added for some designs.
